Joe Biden will inevitably ask the Supreme Court to review the 5th Circuit's decision to halt its
vaccine mandate. No president possesses the authority to order private citizens to get vaccinated or command private businesses to enforce a vaccine mandate. Moreover, when Congress created OSHA, it didn’t authorize the agency to enforce anything resembling such an edict. Thus, the mandate will be DOA when it hits the SCOTUS docket.
