Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard told the Senate Intelligence Committee that
classified information was not revealed in a group chat among top Trump administration officials and a journalist mistakenly included in the conversation about U.S. plans to launch air strikes on Houthi rebels in Yemen. “There was no classified material that was shared in that signal chat,” Gabbard said in response to questions by committee Vice Chairman Democrat Sen. Mark Warner. She declined to say at the hearing whether she participated.
