The statistics sicken lawmakers. While these precise answers are maddeningly elusive, what

we do know is terrifying enough: At least 13,099 murderers, 15,811 rapists, 14,301 burglars, 2,521 kidnappers, and 792 arsonists — all convicts — are outside ICE custody. Some are in local and state prisons. Others could be peering through your windows — right now. How many of these thugs are at large? Where are each of them? No one knows, not least Kamala Harris. This is reason enough to tell the border czarina: “You’re fired!”
