The Supreme Court lifted its stay on the enforcement of Senate Bill 4, the controversial
Texas immigration law that allows Texas officials to arrest, prosecute and deport suspected illegal immigrants. The 6-3 decision came a day after the court allowed a stay on enforcement of SB4 to lapse and then quickly reinstated it at the behest of the Biden Regime. SB4 makes it a state crime to cross the Texas-Mexico border between ports of entry. The offense is a Class B misdemeanor carrying a punishment of up to six months in jail.
