President Donald Trump declared the controversial pardons issued by former President Joe

Biden during his last days in office as “void” and “vacant.” The president cited Biden’s use of “Autopen” as the basis for his reasoning. He claimed that the former president “did not sign” the pardons and “did not know anything about them.” Trump made the assertions in a post on Truth Social early Monday. Trump also said that while Biden “knew nothing about” the pardons, those who did “may have committed a crime.”
