Donald Trump won the presidency in 2024 largely because he “ran in an unconventional
media lane” – and he’ll continue to do so once he’s in office. In an interview on Fox, Karoline Leavitt attributed Trump’s campaign success to how he utilized members of the New Media to get his message out: “President Trump ran in an untraditional media lane on the campaign trail – it’s a big part of the reason he won: because he sat down with podcasters and social influencers and new voices that the American people are clearly listening to.”
