President Trump promised to imprison or deport campus agitators and halt federal funding
to schools that allow “illegal protests,” weighing in hours after his administration threatened to suspend federal grants to Columbia University over its handling of campus antisemitism. “All Federal Funding will STOP for any College, School, or University that allows illegal protests,” Mr. Trump posted Tuesday on Truth Social. “Agitators will be imprisoned/or permanently sent back to the country from which they came,” he said.
